Jithesh S is a Chartered Accountant with a strong foundation in audit and accounting services. He completed his articleship with MSKA & Associates (Associated with BDO) in Bangalore, specializing in accounting, audit and financial reporting. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2021, he continued at MSKA & Associates as an Assistant Manager until December 2024.

In January 2025, Jithesh S embarked on his independent professional journey as a freelance Chartered Accountant, offering services in bookkeeping, audit support, Internal Financial Controls (IFC) documentation, GST and income tax compliance, financial planning, and various statutory filings. As a trusted advisor to multiple clients, he brings a comprehensive and hands-on approach to solving complex financial and compliance challenges across industries.

With vast experience across diverse industries including manufacturing (beverages, aviation services), SaaS, biotechnology, and third-party administration (TPA) services. He is well-versed in Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP, having contributed to IPO readiness, technical accounting memos, and high-impact audit deliverables.

He has also provided services across the deal continuum, though he has mainly focused on due diligence reviews, primarily in post-deal integrations, strategic portfolio reviews, initial public offerings, reorganizations and restructuring processes.
